How This Calculator Works & Mathematical Formula
Anabolic Leucine Trigger Concept:
To stimulate the mammalian target of rapamycin (mTORC1) and achieve peak fractional synthetic rate (FSR) of muscle tissue, each meal must provide an intracellular leucine concentration of at least 2.7 to 3.2 grams.
Calculates meal spacing (every 3.5 to 5 hours) to overcome the physiological "muscle full" refractory effect.
